Here's everything you need to know before scheduling your appointment:
• Video call will happen on zoom & you will receive a link on Email.
• Camera and Internet: Ensure your camera is on and you have a good internet connection for a smooth video call experience.
• Time Slot Duration: Each trial is a 15-minute time slot, and rescheduling is not possible.
• Special Requests: If you have curly hair or specific preferences, inform us in advance at customersupport@nishhair.com to keep the product available.
• Appointment Attendance: Please be available in the given time slot with internet access. Failure to join within 5 minutes will be considered a cancelled appointment, with no refund issued
